In the 2025 season, Michael Bormann was a freshman at Northern Iowa who appeared in one game, so the college sample is still tiny, but his profile pops: 6-foot-1, 235 pounds, he arrived from Wahlert Catholic as a First Team All-State back and Dome MVP after helping win a Class 3A state title. The appeal is his downhill power, size-for-contact, and multi-sport-style toughness; the question is opportunity, not talent. If you want a bruising runner with upside, he’s worth a closer look.
