experienced, steady guard with proven scoring and playmaking chops
Kory Holden is a 6'1" guard whose value comes from experience, shot creation, and floor leadership; at Delaware he was a high-usage scorer and distributor, and ESPN lists him at 12.2 points, 3.6 assists, and 2.4 rebounds per game with South Alabama, showing he can still run an offense and contribute as a multi-category guard.[2][3][4] What makes him interesting is the blend of guard skills and maturity from a long career path, including international play after college, which can matter for teams wanting a veteran, composed backcourt piece rather than just raw athletic upside.[1][2]
