Freshman INF Dario Freschi is a timely-contact bat for Saint Mary’s
In the 2026 season, Dario Freschi has already shown he can swing momentum in a hurry: he delivered a pinch-hit go-ahead double in a 12-inning win over Bakersfield and later launched his first collegiate home run against Rice[1][3]. Through the 2026 season stats available, he has hit .240 with a .380 on-base percentage, which points to a hitter who can grind at-bats and get on base even when the average isn’t loud[4]. A 5-foot-9 freshman from Napa, he looks like a scrappy, high-energy infield option with clutch situational value and some sneaky pop[2][4].
