Malayna Daigle Is a Clutch, High-Upside Bat for McNeese
In the 2026 season, freshman outfielder Malayna Daigle has flashed real game-changing pop and timely hitting for McNeese, highlighted by a grand slam vs. Missouri and a pinch-hit walk-off triple against Lamar. Her profile suggests an aggressive, impact-style hitter with enough versatility to contribute in pressure spots, and her signing notes point to a decorated prep résumé with power, speed, and production. If a team wants a player who can swing momentum fast and isn’t afraid of the moment, Daigle fits the bill.
