Long, Versatile Guard With Real Upside—When Healthy
JoJo Peterson is a 6-foot-5 Purdue Fort Wayne guard whose appeal is clear: size, positional versatility, and flashes of all-around playmaking. In 2022-23, he appeared in 31 games and showed he can stuff the stat sheet in stretches, including a 10-rebound game, a 6-assist game, and multiple multi-category outings. The bigger story is availability—he later missed significant time because of a preseason leg injury and another setback after transferring. If your team wants a switchable, guard-sized connector who can rebound and facilitate, he’s intriguing; the medical track record is the question mark.
