tiny guard, quiet stat line, real roster intrigue
In the 2025-26 season, Tarleton State guard Roy Marom has been a low-usage reserve, appearing in 13 games and averaging 0.0 points, 0.0 rebounds, and 0.2 assists per game; last season he posted 0.4 points, 0.4 rebounds, and 0.4 assists in 4.7 minutes per game. What makes him worth a look is the guard skill package more than the box score: quickness, shot-creation background, and a compact 5-foot-8 frame that suggests tempo, pressure, and energy. He looks more like a developmental fit than an instant-impact scorer.
