Tulane RHP Blaise Wilcenski: Reliable Bullpen Arm with Pick-Up Wins in 2026
Blaise Wilcenski, Tulane's versatile right-hander, posted a 2-0 record with a 6.23 ERA over 43.1 innings in 21 appearances (5 starts) during the 2024 season, striking out 41 while keeping walks low at 16—showcasing command and multi-inning stamina. In 2026, he notched his second win with a sharp 2.2 scoreless innings performance on April 19 vs. FAU, highlighting his clutch relief ability. A former 89 mph fastball thrower from high school with pro-level tracking on MLB radars, Wilcenski's durability and poise make him a sneaky high-upside fit for teams seeking cost-controlled bullpen depth without injury red flags.
