Veteran guard with international polish and leadership upside
Onwas brings the profile of a seasoned, mature guard whose value goes beyond box-score stats: he spent eight seasons in international pro basketball, served as a Caledonia Gladiators brand ambassador, and completed an MBA while balancing basketball and family life, which points to strong professionalism, adaptability, and locker-room presence.[2][3] In his 2024-25 season with Caledonia, he averaged 3.9 points and 2.6 rebounds across 24 games, so his appeal is less about high-volume scoring and more about dependable experience, versatility, and a steadying veteran fit for teams needing poise and leadership.[1]
