Noah King enters the 2026 season as a redshirt freshman safety with rare size for the position at 6-3, 209, and the kind of pedigree that usually turns heads fast: he was a four-star recruit, ranked by Sacramento State as the No. 26 cornerback nationally and No. 7 player in Ohio in his class. In high school, he posted 41 tackles, 4 pass breakups, 3.5 tackles for loss, 2 hurries, and an interception, and one recent preview praised him as an excellent open-field tackler with balance and instincts.
