Hill Despard is a young Furman wideout still in evaluation mode
Hill Despard is a 2026 freshman WR at Furman with an intriguing frame at 6-1, 200 and is listed among a deep, competitive receiver room, but there are no public game logs or statistical outputs yet to judge his on-field production. What makes him worth tracking is the profile: he’s in a program that says its wideout group has bright prospects and plenty of depth, so earning snaps here usually means you can run, compete, and adapt quickly. Right now he looks more like a developmental fit than a proven stat-stuffer.
