KateLynn Cooper brings **.303 contact bat** and steady infield versatility to Texas Southern
KateLynn Cooper is a junior **UTL** for Texas Southern who has been a productive, lineup-stabilizing bat in **2026**, hitting **.303** with **3 home runs**, **19 RBIs** and **23 runs** while giving the Tigers flexibility defensively.[1][10] She stands out for her **right-handed power-contact blend** and adaptable profile, making her a useful fit for a team that values multi-position depth and consistent offensive contributions rather than just flash.[1][4] Reliable team coverage also notes she has been among Texas Southern’s hotter hitters at points this season, which adds context beyond the raw stat line.[3]
