Efficient, high-IQ guard who can stretch the floor
Jake Toolson is a proven perimeter threat and polished team guard, highlighted by his 2019 WAC Player of the Year season and a BYU stretch in which he averaged 8.6 points while shooting 46.5% from the field and 45.0% from three.[1][2] His appeal goes beyond scoring: he brings experience, efficiency, and the kind of shot-making gravity that forces defenses to stay honest. For a team needing a steady, low-drama guard who can space the floor and play within a system, Toolson fits well.
