George Creighton brings lefty relief value and strike-throwing utility to FDU
In the 2026 season, George Creighton made 11 bullpen appearances for Fairleigh Dickinson, including a scoreless debut at Georgetown, a three-strikeout outing versus Saint Peter’s, and a 2.2-inning win-sealing stint against Mercyhurst. The appeal is a compact left-handed reliever who gives FDU matchup flexibility, eats multiple innings, and has shown he can hold up in leverage without blinking. He also arrives with a low-mileage college track record after transferring from Lackawanna College, where he struck out 10 batters in 10 relief appearances, which makes him a sensible bullpen fit for a staff needing dependable lefty innings.
