veteran SLU floor general with passing chops and steady poise
Von Julien is a seasoned Southeastern Louisiana guard whose calling card has long been distribution, decision-making, and calm ball security—he finished ninth all-time at SLU with 281 assists, including a 2019-20 season of 8.2 points and 4.9 assists per game. In his later listed SLU stats, he posted 5.4 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game, showing a connector’s role more than a pure scorer. The fit? A team needing a steady table-setter, veteran feel, and unselfish guard play should care; a team hunting a high-volume bucket-getter probably should keep shopping.
