Donald Quaite Jr. is a rising UTSA interior disruptor with real backfield juice
Quaite played in 12 games for UTSA in 2025, finishing with 19 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, two sacks and two pass breakups, a stat line that points to an active DL who can penetrate rather than just eat blocks. What makes him interesting is the momentum: after limited action in 2023 and modest snaps in 2024, he took a clear step forward and flashed in key spots, including a five-tackle, multiple-TFL game against Rice and a sack against Charlotte. He looks like a rotational fit with upside if you want effort, leverage and disruptive interior play.
