De'Ederick Petty brings scoring punch and playmaking juice for Alabama A&M
Petty looks like a steady backcourt fit with real offensive versatility: ESPN lists him at 11.0 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game, while his season output includes a 24-point, 7-assist outing against Prairie View A&M that shows he can create and finish when engaged.[2][1] The differentiator is his ability to impact winning beyond scoring bursts—he gives Alabama A&M a guard who can handle pressure, make plays, and occasionally take over stretches, though his 34.0% field-goal mark suggests efficiency is the main swing skill to watch.[2]
