Lights-Out Sophomore RHP Dominating Big Ten with 3.71 ERA and Elite Control
Aidan Donovan, the 6'4", 225-lb sophomore RHP for Michigan State, is a 2026 standout with a 3.71 ERA, 6-3 win-loss record, and just 21 walks in 87.1 innings across 15 starts—ranking 10th in Big Ten control. His differentiators include an 89–90 mph fastball, masterful pitch mixing (14 flyouts, 8 groundouts in one game), and an intensity that puts the team on his back, as seen in his 8-inning, 5-hit, 1-run shutout vs. Northwestern. Donovan’s personality is fiercely competitive yet team-oriented, with no injury history reported; he strikes out six consistently and thrives in home openers (MSU: 15-3). He’s a perfect fit for any team needing a reliable, high-intensity starter with elite command and a winning mindset.
