Chase Mora is Texas State’s run-producing engine and record-setting power bat
In the 2026 season, Chase Mora entered as a preseason All-Sun Belt selection and kept backing it up with impact swings, including a go-ahead two-run homer in the regional win over USC; he also became Texas State’s all-time home run leader with 37 career blasts. Mora’s fit is easy to see: he brings middle-of-the-order power, steady infield value, and enough athleticism to chip in on the bases, while his knack for big moments makes him more than a stat line. If you want a proven bat with clutch DNA, he’s your guy.
