Melih Tunca brings size, feel, and playmaking juice to Penn State
Tunca’s 2025-26 freshman season at Penn State showed why he’s more than a box-score guy: in 31 games with 12 starts, he averaged 7.8 points and 2.4 assists while shooting 44.9% from the field and ranked third on the team in assists. At 6-foot-5, he gives the Nittany Lions a big guard who can handle, create, and defend multiple spots, with double-figure scoring in 13 games and a steady enough motor to earn real minutes right away. The fit is attractive for teams that want a versatile connector with international experience and room to grow.
