Physical 6-9 Cajun Forward with Elite Glass Presence and Disruptive Defense
Dou Gueye, a 6-9, 220-pound senior forward from Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, stands out as a long, physical frontcourt piece who dominates the glass (averaging 6.2–6.4 rebounds/game in 2021–22) and flashes disruptive, high-intensity defense despite modest scoring (5.6–8.7 PPG). Born in Dakar, Senegal, Gueye brings a unique international grit and relentless motor, starting 23 of 24 games last season with zero reported injury history. His differentiator isn't flash scoring but consistent, physical presence and defensive versatility—ideal for teams needing a reliable, battle-tested forward who elevates team intensity without requiring star-level offensive support.
