Edwards’ appeal is mostly projection: at 6'5" and 200 pounds, he brings uncommon length and athletic versatility to the tight end spot, and he was listed on 247Sports’ 2024 Freaks List for his multi-sport background in wrestling, rodeo, and track. But his Vanderbilt résumé is thin — ESPN lists zero catches, zero yards, and zero touchdowns in the 2025 season, and FOX Sports notes he never appeared in a game for the Commodores before transferring to Missouri State for a bigger role. He looks like a developmental fit, not an instant-impact one.
