Parris Massey gives UMass Lowell a rim-protecting, defense-first big

Parris Massey’s calling card is impact defense: during his UMass Lowell career, he was one of the team’s top shot blockers and finished with 27 games played, 2.6 rebounds per game, 1.0 block per game, and 59.6% shooting in his final college season. He’s the kind of center whose value shows up in paint protection, physicality, and smart low-usage minutes rather than box-score flash. If you want a dependable interior anchor with a defensive edge and a team-first identity, he fits the mold.
