veteran URI arm with real upside in the circle
In the 2025 season, Wasikowski appeared in five games for Rhode Island, made one start, and struck out two batters in 6.1 innings; in 2026, she was still part of the Rams’ veteran pitching mix and was highlighted as one of the relief options on a staff coaches described as deep and talented.[1][3][6] Her value is less about eye-popping volume and more about experience, composure, and flexibility—she’s been used both as a starter and reliever, and her college resume suggests a steady, team-first arm who can give you innings without drama. If you want a low-maintenance pitcher who fits a depth-chart role and understands the assignment, she’s a sensible fit.[1][5][6]
