Emilie Ngo is UCSC’s engine: a 2026 C2C Player of the Year who makes the Banana Slugs go
Emilie Ngo was a breakout force for UC Santa Cruz in the 2025-26 season, winning C2C Player of the Year after leading the team with 14.5 points and 6.2 assists per game, plus a conference-best 134 assists that ranked eighth nationally. The 5-foot-5 guard brings pace, vision, and shot creation, and she pairs scoring with steady playmaking and defensive activity. She’s also proven durable, starting all 22 games, and her leap from 2024-25 Rookie of the Year says she’s still ascending — the kind of lead guard every coach loves to build around.
