Georgetown Sophomore Julius Pfau: Athletic INF with Elite Speed and Defensive Tools
Julius Pfau, a 5'8" 160 lbs sophomore INF for the Georgetown Hoyas, brings a slender athletic build, blazing 6.63 60-yard dash speed, and plus defense with 86 mph INF velo, soft hands, and lateral range that screams middle infield starter potential. His 90.2 max exit velo hints at emerging power, backed by a .267 BA, .348 OBP, 20 hits, and 14 RBI over 28 high school games in 2024-25, plus USA Baseball 12U stardom (.800 BA in tournament). A four-year Berkeley Prep captain with championship pedigree, Pfau's intensity and versatility (MIF/OF/RHP) make him a high-upside fit for teams seeking gritty, toolsy defenders who run and throw.
