Avery Barton is a middle-of-the-order bat with real pop for Mercer
Avery Barton brings **impact offensive production** to Mercer, hitting .294 in 51 starts with **10 home runs**, 40 RBI and 19 extra-base hits, while also showing disciplined at-bats with 18 walks. [1] Her recent SoCon note adds more upside: she hit **.778** over a weekend against Bryant and went 3-for-4 with a homer, signaling she can heat up quickly and change a game with one swing. [4] For a team needing an infield bat that can drive the ball, create pressure, and handle high-leverage spots, Barton looks like a strong fit. [1][4]
