Jared Pedraza brings veteran, downhill linebacker production to SEMO
In the 2024 season, Jared Pedraza immediately became a steadiness engine for Southeast Missouri State, ranking fifth on the team with 49 tackles, adding 5.5 tackles for loss, one sack, two quarterback hurries, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. He also showed big-game punch with eight tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble and a recovery in the opener, which is the kind of disruption coaches love in an inside linebacker. What makes him stand out is the veteran edge: over five years at Northwestern State, he piled up 209 tackles, 27.5 TFL and 10.5 sacks, so SEMO gets a proven, physical, high-motor plug-and-play defender.
