In the 2024 season, Sam Pearman arrived at Columbia as a highly touted kicking prospect, and his high school profile points to a big leg, strong kickoff production, and poise under pressure: he ranked third in California in kickoff yards and touchbacks with a 69% touchback rate, and hit 96% of PATs as a senior.
