Sam Pearman is a leg-strength kicker with real special-teams upside
In the 2024 season, Sam Pearman arrived at Columbia as a highly touted kicking prospect, and his high school profile points to a big leg, strong kickoff production, and poise under pressure: he ranked third in California in kickoff yards and touchbacks with a 69% touchback rate, and hit 96% of PATs as a senior. He also showed clutch DNA with a game-winning field goal in 2023. The catch: Columbia’s roster lists him as active for 2026, but there are no public college stats yet, so his value is projection-heavy—ideal if your team wants ceiling, leg strength, and a proven special-teams temperament.
