Tulsa safety RJ McIntosh is a young, rangy defender with upside and special-teams value
In the 2025 season, RJ McIntosh was a redshirt freshman safety at Tulsa who appeared in two games after making his collegiate debut against Abilene Christian, and his profile still points more to projection than production. At 6-foot-1 and about 190 pounds, he brings a lean, versatile frame, a three-star pedigree, and high-school production that included 120 tackles, nine pass breakups, four interceptions, and four forced fumbles at Lovejoy. He looks like a good fit for a team that values athletic upside, secondary depth, and a player willing to grow into a bigger role.
