Noelle Flail keeps Rider’s infield moving with clutch, low-drama production
Noelle Flail is a rising Rider utility infielder who, in the 2025 season, started 14 of 24 games, mostly at second base, and delivered timely extra-base damage with two triples plus RBI knocks in several conference games. She was also named to the MAAC Academic Honor Roll, and her high-school background and coachable reputation point to a steady, consistent player who helps a lineup by doing the little things well. If your team wants a reliable, versatile middle-infield piece with grit and poise, she’s the kind of glue player worth caring about.
