McMillan is a big-bodied, 6'6", 315-320-pound offensive lineman whose calling card is pass protection: he earned an 85.1 PFF pass-blocking grade on 479 snaps at Southeast Missouri State in 2024 and started at left tackle in each of his last two seasons before Illinois.
