a tough, two-way Bethune-Cookman guard with a scorer’s mentality
Paul Scotland stands out as a confident, high-motor guard who can create his own shot, pressure the ball defensively, and bring a win-at-all-costs edge that coaches usually love. In Bethune-Cookman’s earlier roster/stats coverage, he was a veteran backcourt presence who contributed in big moments, including double-figure scoring and late-game shooting touch. The big appeal: he looks like a plug-in guard who competes on both ends and can change the tone of a game without needing a lot of touches.
