veteran Cal Poly secondary piece with versatility and edge
Kevin Porche is a former Cal Poly defensive back/slotback who brings versatility, toughness, and special-teams value, but the publicly available data on his current football production is sparse. In his Cal Poly years, he was listed at 5-foot-9, 185 pounds and moved between roles, which suggests a player coaches trusted to handle multiple assignments rather than just chase highlight stats. His high school profile shows a multi-skilled athlete with receiving, rushing, and passing production, a sign of feel and football IQ. He looks like a fit for teams that value adaptable, physical depth over pure splash-play numbers.
