Sam DeLuca (Bucknell LB) | Emerging Patriot League Defender with Academic Credentials
A 6-2, 210-lb linebacker from Mechanicsburg, Pa., DeLuca is a developing prospect in the Patriot League. As a freshman in the 2022 season, he appeared in seven games as a reserve and recorded one tackle in the season opener against Towson. DeLuca demonstrates the physical tools and intelligence valued in modern linebacker play—evidenced by his Patriot League Academic Honor Roll selection. While limited playing time suggests he's still climbing the depth chart, his size, athleticism, and commitment to academics make him a prospect worth monitoring as he progresses through his college career.
