intriguing Southern Illinois DB, but current public performance data is thin
Anwar Adams is listed with Southern Illinois, but the public sources available here do not provide enough verified 2026 game production to profile him as a stat leader. That said, as a defensive back, the fit question hinges on traits like coverage awareness, tackling reliability, and special-teams value—areas that matter more than raw box-score numbers for a DB. If he’s emerging on the Salukis’ depth chart, the upside is a competitive, role-flexible defender who can survive in space and bring energy on the back end.
