High-upside, 6'4" QB with proven Florida production, but still an untested college arm
Rucker is a physically gifted 6-foot-4 quarterback who arrived at USF after one season at FAU without seeing game action, so the main appeal is projection rather than a college stat sheet. His high school resume shows real arm talent and production in Florida football: as a senior he threw for 1,385 yards and 12 touchdowns, and as a junior he posted 1,849 yards, 26 touchdowns and just four interceptions, earning all-conference and all-state mention. If you want size, upside and a developmental QB with a stronger pedigree than his college production suggests, he is worth watching.
