Eric Garcia brings steady lead-guard instincts and proven table-setting skills
Eric Garcia is best known as a **pass-first, experienced guard** who can organize an offense and keep a team composed, with ESPN listing him at 9.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 4.2 assists in his college profile[3]. His biggest value is reliability: he has the feel of a connector rather than a high-usage scorer, which can fit well on a roster that needs structure, decision-making and a calm veteran presence[3]. One important caveat is that the available sources are inconsistent about his current status, with one listing him as a former Wofford player and another saying he retired from pro basketball in 2023, so he does not profile as a current Grambling State roster piece[1][2].
