UMBC’s Intense 6’0” Forward with Early-Season Spark and High-Pressure DNA
Erin Voss, a 6’0” forward for the UMBC Retrievers, stands out not just for her 7.9-minute-per-game average and 46.2% field goal conversion in her initial season, but for her relentless intensity and high-pressure decision-making under the buzzer. Though she made only two starts, her personality—described by teammates as ‘fearless and vocal’—makes her a natural fit for teams needing a forward who elevates in clutch moments. With no reported injury history and a reputation for outworking opponents in the paint, Voss is a data-driven prospect whose differentiator is her mental toughness, not just her stats. She’s a strong fit for any team seeking a forward who brings energy, leadership, and reliability in tight games.
