veteran Virginia forward with proven scoring punch
Devin Smith stands out as a versatile frontcourt scorer who has shown he can carry an offense in big moments, highlighted by a 40-point game in Virginia’s 81-79 road loss to Iowa State. He fits best as a high-output forward who can rebound, create matchup problems, and give a team a reliable inside-out threat rather than a pure system piece. The main question for any roster is whether they want a proven bucket-getter with clear offensive upside more than a role player with low-usage, narrow-rotation skills.
