Tennessee Tech DB with playmaking upside
Cole Putnam is a Tennessee Tech defensive back whose current stat line shows at least one forced fumble and no interceptions, suggesting a player who is around the ball and can create disruption even when the splash plays are still developing. ESPN lists him as a back defensivo for the Golden Eagles, but the available public data is thin, so his fit should be judged more by role and traits than box-score volume. If you want a DB with turnover-creation potential and room to grow into a bigger coverage impact, he is worth a closer look.
