Zion Hall brings Cal Poly burst, versatility, and big-play juice
In the 2024 season, Zion Hall rushed 59 times for 256 yards and a touchdown for Cal Poly, then opened 2025 with 48 rushing yards on 12 carries plus 24 receiving yards against Utah, showing he can contribute as both a runner and pass catcher. Cal Poly’s own staff calls him an explosive athlete with natural ball skills, run-after-catch ability, and the kind of one-on-one separation that can stress defenses. At 5-8, 180, he profiles as a compact, versatile change-up back with playmaking upside rather than a volume bruiser.
