a versatile South Carolina State DB with real playmaking flashes
Aaron Bowens profiles as a defensive back with some ball skills and versatility, and his high school résumé showed he could contribute as a two-way athlete with tackles, an interception, and a pass breakup in the 2022-23 season. South Carolina State’s 2023 stats page lists him with limited collegiate production, so the biggest draw is the upside: a DB who may grow into a matchup piece if he keeps sharpening coverage instincts and run support. If your team wants a developmental defender with athletic flexibility, he’s worth a look.
