Experienced Northwestern State guard with proven floor leadership
Louis Ellis brings the most value as a steady, experienced guard who has already shown he can produce in high-leverage minutes; in 2010-11 he averaged 8.8 points with 19 starts and finished with 10 double-figure scoring games, while also arriving at Northwestern State as a 6-2, 185-pound point guard prospect. His appeal is less about flash than reliability: he looks like a coachable, game-ready backcourt piece who can handle structure, tempo, and pressure. If your team needs a dependable organizer rather than a pure scorer, he fits that mold well.
