Versatile Lamar guard with size, scoring feel, and Texas-state bounce-back upside
Trey Harris is a 6-7 guard who first played at Lamar in the 2022-23 season, when he appeared in 16 games and averaged 3.4 points and 1.6 rebounds in 9.0 minutes per game; before that, he redshirted in 2021-22, and he later transferred after stops at New Mexico Junior College and Chadron State.[1][3][10] What makes him interesting is the guard size, multi-level backstory, and evidence of efficiency—at New Mexico Junior College in the 2023-24 season he shot 46.3% from the field and had a 17-point season high, hinting at a player who can be a useful, physical backcourt piece if he strings together consistency.[3][6]
