No Current Northern Illinois NT - Legendary Penn State & NFL Tackle
No active college football player named Brad Benson currently plays NT for Northern Illinois Huskies; the name refers to the retired NFL great (born 1955) who starred as an All-East OT at Penn State (1973-76), blocking in four bowl games, then anchored the NY Giants' line for 11 seasons (1978-88), earning a Pro Bowl nod in 1986 and Super Bowl XXI ring—humbled by his top-100 Giants ranking, he's a blue-collar legend, not a 2026 draft prospect.
