Craig Walker brings steady leg strength and specialist value for Nicholls
Craig Walker has been a dependable specialist for Nicholls, serving as the primary punter and kickoff specialist and averaging 39.7 yards on 25 punts in his first season with the Colonels. His appeal is less about flashy volume and more about reliability, field-position help, and proven game-day utility; he also drew positive attention at Kohl’s kicking events in 2024, suggesting upside and specialist tools that translate beyond the box score. If you need a punter who can handle both punts and kickoffs with poise, Walker looks like a solid fit.
