Former Oklahoma State LB with real coaching upside
Justin Deason’s Oklahoma State profile is more notable for his background than box-score production: he played linebacker for the Cowboys, later moved into coaching, and is now listed as a former D-I FCS defensive coordinator and OSU linebacker—signals of football IQ, communication skills, and systems understanding that matter for fit and development.[4][5] There is no current on-field production available in the provided sources, so the key differentiator is his experience around the game rather than recent stats or rankings.[4][5]
