Reliable, senior LB presence for Illinois State
In the latest available info, Paul Engram is a senior linebacker for Illinois State listed at 5'11", 225 pounds, with a background that includes an injury-shortened 2018 season and active special-teams and defensive work since returning; in 2019 he logged five tackles against Morehead State, including a half tackle for loss, showing he can be a tough, compact, physical run support piece[3][4]. He looks like the kind of teammate coaches value for steadiness, effort, and short-area toughness more than splashy stats, which makes him a fit if you need a gritty, assignment-sound linebacker who will hit, cover ground, and embrace the dirty work[1][2][4].
