Fred Lymas Brings Veteran Guard Play and Defensive Edge to Morgan State
Fred Lymas profiles as a battle-tested, team-first guard whose value goes beyond box scores: he’s a former Morgan State player who returned after coaching success at Shawnee State, where he posted a 24-7 record as a head coach through 2025-26. His background suggests strong leadership, guard instincts, and a high-accountability presence that can steady a roster. For a team, the appeal is less about flash and more about reliability, culture fit, and someone who understands winning from both the player and coaching side.
