Towering WSU Big Man with Pro Potential Beyond College Stats
Davante Cooper, the 6'10"-6'11" Atlanta native and Washington State Cougars forward/center (born 1994), delivered modest college averages of 1.4 PTS and 1.2 REB in limited 2018-19 action (52.7% FG), but his raw size, rebounding tenacity, and post versatility shone brighter overseas—dominating in Oman, Albania (7'0" highlights), and beyond post-undrafted 2019 NBA status. A JUCO transfer from Tyler JC and Bradley freshman, Cooper's high-motor intensity and international adaptability make him a gritty rim protector and fit for teams needing affordable big depth; watch for G-League or EuroLeague upside.
